Use ultradefrag and sdelete to reduce the size of generated boxes

compact.bat uses the ultradefrag and sdelete tools to optimise files on disk and zero the free space afterwards, which results in smaller boxes.

Having just been installed, powershell is not in the default path during a 2008 R2 Core install. This fixes issue #50.

update opensshd to 6.6.p1

This is an update to OpenSSL 1.0.1g-1 to address the Heartbleed vulnerability. The binaries for OpenSSH have stayed the same.

- Remove commented out code in Vagrantfile templates
- Ensure headless = true is set by default on Windows 8.1 template
